Superb Gillows mahogany and marquetry inlaid display cabinet, the central drawer bearing the label 'GILLOWS Established 1695 406-414 Oxford St. London,W. and at Lancaster'. with a central glazed bow door flanked by a pair of rectangular glazed doors, all enclosing shelves, above three frieze drawers on square tapering supports joined by a rectangular undertier, Inlaid with Kingwood & Rosewood and having the original brass hardware and fitted with Cope & Collinson locks , the cabinet comes with three working keys. Good condition with age expected marks SIze height 192, width 152.5cm, depth 47cm.
